About the Cakes:

CAKE ARTISTRY~

All of my cakes start with quality, local ingredients.  I use Cabot butter,  King Arthur flour, farm-fresh eggs, Butternut Farms maple syrup, just to name a few. My chocolates are all Callebaut, a Premium Swiss brand, and I use a special artisan cocoa that is deep and rich in butter fat. 

I began my business with the objective of bringing an exceptional product to the table through look and taste. I strive for consistency and quality in everything that I create. 

The Cakery offers a very high-end product,using only the best ingredients. And I put a lot of myself into
each and every cake — from small 6" birthday cakes to 300- person wedding cakes.  My prices are a reflection of the quality and personalization that I bring to every creation, and I'm proud of what I can offer each client.
