Specialty & Wedding Cakes

• Strawberry Chocolate Mousse - Chocolate or Vermont Cabot butter layers filled with a light Callebaut chocolate mousse. Layered with fresh strawberries (seasonal). Iced with vanilla and/or chocolate buttercream. Finished with chocolate curls.

• Raspberry Truffle - Chocolate layers soaked in a chambord syrup. Layered with raspberry jam and chocolate Callebaut ganache. Glazed with chocolate ganache. Decorated with a deep, rich Artisan cocoa and chocolate fans.

• Maple Buttercream - Choose between chocolate or Vermont Cabot butter cake layers. Filled and iced with local Butternut Farms Grade B maple syrup buttercream. Brushed with a maple syrup. Decorated with white chocolate leaves and acorns.

• Carrot Cake with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting - Cinnamon layers mixed with golden raisins, walnuts and coconut. Filled and iced with Belgian white chocolate cream cheese frosting.

• Chocolate Chip Butter Cake - Vermont Cabot butter cake layers are brushed with a rum syrup. Filled and iced with vanilla or dark chocolate buttercream. Decorated with buttercream roses and surrounded by a chocolate cage.

• Red Velvet Cannoli - Cocoa, butter, red velvet layers are brushed with a frangelico, hazelnut syrup. Filled with a traditional creamy, thick chocolate chip ricotta cannoli filling. Iced with a vanilla buttercream.

• Lemon Delight Cake - Yellow Genoise (sponge cake) soaked in a tangy, lemon syrup. Filled with a light, fresh lemon cream. Fresh raspberries or strawberries (seasonal). Iced with a lemon buttercream.

• Apple Butterscotch - Vermont apples mixed into a blondie cookie bar butter cake. Filled with a a butterscotch ganache and vanilla pastry cream.

• Almond Espresso Marjolaine - Yellow Genoise (sponge cake) and chocolate layers are soaked in espresso rum simple syrup. Nestled between an almond meringue, chocolate Callebaut ganache, espresso mousse, and chocolate mousse. Iced with a vanilla buttercream. Finished with dark chocolate curls.

Wedding Cakes

Price may vary from $4.00 - $8.00 a slice per person depending upon cake flavor, how many flavors are chosen, and design.  Cupcakes start at $4.00 each.  Cake tasting and consultations are recommended. A fee of $35.00 provides two cake options. $5.00 for each additional cake flavor.  Please bring ideas and photos of potential cake ideas.   A $100.00 deposit is required to save the date (nonreturnable). All payments in full are due Two Weeks prior to the event.
